Ashling - The Force
The straight-talking motivator of GRB Online Services. With a history of online marketing and at the top of her game, she brings seven years' experience to lead the team. Sharing her inside-out knowledge of the advertising industry, she has developed the team to combine their skills together to create experts in online marketing within the graduate market. She is dedicated, focussed and the team's rock.
Jess - The Internet Guru
The only IT nerd who loves girls aloud and all things decaf! Jess joined us upon graduating from Sussex with an MA in Creative Writing and Critical Theory. Prior to that she spent a year in Brazil working with under-privileged children after completing her first degree in English Literature.
Since then she has expanded her knowledge and trained in various computer programmes to apply her creativity to web design. She has a diverse skills set from creative to technical and uses these to create client media campaigns.
Carly - The Glue
A true East Ender and a yummy mummy! After graduating with a Business with Law degree she joined GRB as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant. Then, after discovering her increasing interest in advertising, she moved to the Online Marketing team and applied her knowledge of the graduate market to the Online Services division. She works magic on the phone understanding clients' needs and managing campaigns fluidly. She is the glue that holds the team together. Witty, sarcastic and incredibly hard working, this girl never gives up!
Lauren - The Ideas Factory
Our very own Little Miss Sunshine, the office is never dull when Lauren is around. She is thoughtful, sharp and always on the ball. Lauren joined GRB straight out of university in 2004 and has nearly 3 years experience working as a Recruitment Consultant in the graduate market. After taking a year out to travel Australia, New Zealand and Thailand she returned to apply her knowledge of the graduate market to the Online Services team. She brings analytical and organisational skills to the team, as well as creativity, on-going ideas and a lot of laughter!
Kate - The Voice
Known as the 'voice' for her never ending chatter, ideas, speeches and singing, Kate is the live wire of the office. She joined the GRB as a fresh graduate in 2005. Applying her knowledge from her Marketing degree to student marketing, she has developed her skills in design, as well as targeting students and creating successful strategies. She is also a dab hand at organising events like careers fairs, positioning companies and careers to the student and graduate market.
Dan - The Creative
A music loving Brighton boy with the gift of the gab! After graduating in Product Design and Marketing he gained invaluable experience in student marketing. He has a history of success, smashing student attraction targets. With his flair, he can work magic in web design and with his persistence puts up with a team full of girls!
